Michelann Quimby, Principal is an organizational development coach and consultant, specializing in helping companies define compelling vision and values that motivate and engage employees. Michelann is an experienced speaker and published writer on topics relating to organizational values, ethics, and interpersonal dynamics. Most recently, she co-published an article featured in the Winter 2009 edition of OD Practitioner, and has an article in the most recent issue of The Systems Thinker.
Michelann is a 12-year veteran of the interactive marketing industry with a concentration in globalization and project management. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edwards University, and in her former life as an opera singer, she received a Bachelor and Master of Music from San Francisco Conservatory of Music. She fuses the creativity, innovation, and focus gained in her musical career with a firm grounding in organizational development theory and practice. Her personal mission is to help people become more aware, purposeful, and ethical in their working lives. |

Karl Logue, Consultant served as a programmer analyst at Dell, Inc. for sixteen years as architect, project manager and team lead in a variety of international projects, leading projects in Malaysia, India, Europe, Mexico and Australia. Karl graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward's University with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and completed his Master of Science Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward's University in Dec. 2007. In addition to his educational background, Karl is licensed in administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and actively provides MBTI consulting in the Austin area. |

Jeff Schoeneberg, Consultant is a Human Resources director at a software company in Austin, where over the last 8 years he has held responsibilities for recruiting, field support, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and HR systems. He previously worked for 6 years as a software consultant for Oracle Corporation and Ceridian Inc. Jeff holds a Bachelor and Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward's University. |
