How do we do it?
We conduct our work in four phases:

Discovery
During the Discovery phase, our consultants meet with the client and explore the goals, needs, and impediments the organization faces.

Insight
In the Insight phase, we administer our proprietary methodology that consists of two phases; customized surveys and in-depth interviews.

• Surveys
  Our proprietary analysis methodology is utilized to discover how the layers of the organization are aligned with each other.
  
• Interviews
  Utilizing the survey results as a springboard for in-depth discussions, a sample of employees and managers at all levels of the organization are interviewed .

Clarity
The surveys and interviews are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to verify that the results of each are consistent, rich in content and actionable. We then provide the client with a detailed report of our findings.

Transformation
We provide a detailed action plan, including

1. Targeted recommendations for implementing successful organizational change and development initiatives
   
2. Timelines for implementation
   
3. Reporting mechanisms to verify the success of the program
   
4. Follow-up visits and interview
